Puppy Updates

Hi all

Now that your little bundles of trouble (Except Woody who is joining his family on Friday) are with you in their new homes if you want to share your experiences have a chat here. Little Badger has just left for his long journey to Cambridge and I hope he travels well. I would also love to hear how Peppa and 'Beans' (not sure if that is spelt right or even if that is the final choice) coped with their first night alone in there new homes.

Re: Puppy Updates

Hellooo... Just want to say a big thank you to Nicola for all her help with Peppa! Connor and Lily (our kids) were absolutely delighted with Peppa!!!!! We couldn't get them to bed! Peppa was a little bit timid for about 15 mins then she started to get a bit curious of the toys that Connor and Lily had for her and another 10 mins later she was charging around the room after them! She cried on and off all night until around 5.00am then was quiet until 7.00am when we heard Lily creeping downstairs to "get her new princess puppy out"!! She has settled in really well and had her first outing to the garden a about 10.00 this morning and pawed the rabbits through the barsof the cage (the bunnies are bigger than her)!! We've got some great pictures of her that we'll post if you can?? Also toilet training is going well considering is her first day!! Knows where the back door is to get out and has 'been' quite a few times today!!

Hopefully she'll have a more settled night tonight. Will post again soon xx

P.s. Connor loved the file you gave us and the bag of bits and pieces. We sat and read everything and he loved the story. So thanks again for everything xx

Re: Puppy Updates

Hi Nicola, same from Rich and I - we both want to say a big thank you for raising such a fabulous little pup! He's a little bundle of fun and is keeping us on our toes at all times! He seems to be settling in well and likes to explore his new home at any opportunity - particularly the places he is not supposed to go (such as the sock drawer and the laundry room!). There hasn't been too much whimpering at night either - a little as he settles off to sleep but on the whole he is sleeping right through until morning really well. I've already sent some photo's to you but will send some more over in a few weeks and will keep you updated with his progress.

Thanks again!

Rich & Tori xxx

Humbug Update

Hi Nicola,

Our bundle of fun is called Beans - he is absolutely loopy! He has settled really well and is very good overnight although he

does begin to whimper a bit about 6am but we think this may be when his bladder is at bursting point! We haven't gone to him this

early cos we don't want him to get used to starting the day so soon. He is doing quite well with his toilet training but seems to have

more accidents towards the end of the day when he's tired. Looking forward to taking him out for walks after his next jab so I can stop

running around the garden like a nutter - the neighbours will be disappointed - they seem to find me quite funny.
